Domaine du Clos d’Alari is a stunning family-run farm, bed and breakfast, and organic winery located in Saint Antonin du Var. With 7 hectares of land planted to vines. Domaine du Clos d’Alari produces mainly rosé wines from Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault and Vermentino. The rosé is fermented in stainless steel tanks and does not undergo malolactic fermentation, resulting in a crisp dryness that has become synonymous with Provence.
