Picked three weeks after their Pinot Noir, the skins turn purple and it’s fermented on skins for six weeks before being bottled unfined, unfiltered and with zero sulphur. It’s a cloudy, funky and chewy wine that’s not for the faint of heart – but it is utterly smashable!
