Light-medium bodied, zippy, textural, citrus and floral lift with refreshing herbal twists and a nutty oxidative finish. Soaked on skins for 4 days prior to pressing. Cool fermentation in stainless steel. Unfined and unfiltered. Minimal sulphites.
