Description
A family owned champagne house ran by three sisters who each run a separate strand of the business. This cuvee contains a large percentage of Pinot Meunier giving an approachable wine with strawberry leaf and citrus aromas.
An incredible bargain for a grower Champagne working very ecologically.
The Baron sisters cultivate their vines in a way that respects the soil and the environment. Convinced that the future of wine is based on respect of the land, the Baron Albert House has developed reasoned viticulture methods that ensure the sustainability of their soils.
These practices, which respect the fauna and flora, are applied to the entire Baron Albert champagne vineyard, i.e. 7 large Champagne villages: Charly-sur-Marne, Pavant, Porteron, Domptin, Azy-sur-Marne, Villiers-Saint-Denis and Crouttes-sur-Marne. This desire to preserve the environment has led the company to be awarded the Sustainable Viticulture and “HVE” (High Environmental Value) certifications in 2016. Both certifications reward the efforts this family House has put forth to protect the ecosystem.
