Description

Light, blackberry & herbs.

The vineyards are located in an elevated area, between 600 and 800 m above sea level, about 90 km from this, on clay and calcareous soils, and in a climate between Mediterranean and continental, with cold winters and very hot summers.The grapes are harvested at their optimum ripeness, macerated and fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28ºc and for 30 days. Later it is stabilized, filtered and bottled.
