Barbera d'Asti

from the importer:

Anselma Giacomo he firmly believed that the geographical position of the territory had already made a natural selection so he didn’t interfere with it. it has vineyards in the Serralunga d’Alba area, one of the most prestigious regions in the Langhe where the soil is calcareous clay, where the mild climate is intertwined with the area and has a positive effect on the quality of the grapes. The Barbera is high in acidity with freshness, silky tannin, and a great body.

Serve it at 16 C Finanziera a traditional Piemonte dishes using all the offal from the chicken stew and boiled. Tajarin, eggs noodle with butter and aged Parmiggiano cheese.
